Why some of our coffee is blue
Placeholder post. Blue spirulina, what it tastes like and why it ended up in half our drinks.
By The Bleu team

Placeholder post. Blue spirulina is a natural extract from an algae. It gives our signature drinks their colour without changing the flavour much: think a soft, slightly sweet note under the milk.
Where to start
New to blue? Try the Bleu Velvet Latte first. It’s an espresso latte with just a touch of spirulina, so it tastes like a latte and looks like the sea.

If you like it cold, the Elysian Iced Tonic is bright, bubbly and very blue.
Pass it on.
